Privacy Policy
This mobile application (“Application”) is maintained and provided by the LLC “Lucky Group” (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). If you install and use this Application, we will collect the Data (Personal Information) about you. In this Privacy Policy information is given about the way the Data collected by means of our Application are used, and also where you can refer in case of any questions or doubts.
1. Personal information of users obtained and processed by means of the Application
- Personal information, which the user provides independently while registration (creation of accounting log) or while using the application, including Personal Data of the user. Information is provided by the user at his discretion.
- Data automatically transferred to the Company while being used by means of the Application installed on the device, among them information from cookies, information about the device of the user.
The Company does not check genuineness of the personal information provided by the users and does not provide control over their legal capacities. Though, the Company leans on the fact that the information transferred from the users is reliable and confirms this information in actual standing.
2. User location data
- It is necessary to use the customer‘s location data, including when the application is twisted, to accurately calculate the cost of trips, to notify customers of the location of the driver during the order process, to save the history of completed orders, to display maps and build routes.
3. Purposes of collection and processing of the personal information of the users
- Identification of the party in the framework of the agreements;
- Rendering of personalized services to the user;
- Connection with the user, among them sending notifications dealing with use and rendering of services, and also processing of requests and applications from the user;
- Improvement of the quality of the Application, convenience of its use, development of new services;
- Holding of statistics and other investigations on basis of anonymized data.
The Application collects and stores only personal information (data), which are necessary for providing services being the part of the Application.
4. Conditions of processing of the personal information of the user and its transfer to the third parties.
- The Company undertakes liability to provide proper control for accounting and storing of the confidential personal information of the User.
- The Company undertakes liability to keep confidentiality of the personal information as well as other information, which became known in relation with use of the Application, except for the cases when:
- Such information is generally accessible;
- Information is disclosed on demand or with the permit of the User;
- Information shall be provided to the contractors in the amount required for implementation of the terms and the conditions of the Agreement;
- Information shall be disclosed on basis foreseen with the acting legislation or for suspected deals, or upon filing of appropriate request of the court or the authorized state bodies.
- While processing of personal data, the users of the Application of the Company are being guided with the Law of Georgia on personal Data Protection.
5. Means applied for protection of personal information of the User
The Company refers to all necessary and sufficient organizational and technical means for protection of personal information of the user as the result of illicit or accidental access, destruction, change, blocking, copying, dissemination, disclosure, obtaining, illegal use by other means and accidental or illicit loss, and also illegitimate actions regarding the third parties.
6. Change of the Privacy Policy. Applicable Legislation
- The Company is entitled to make changes into this Privacy Policy. While introduction of changes into the actual edition, the data of the last update shall be referred. The new edition of the Policy enters into force upon being allocated, if not considered otherwise with the new edition of the Policy.
- This Policy and relations by and between the users and the Company as incurred regarding application of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the Legislation of Georgia.
